This is a very old family recipe from Mrs Wilson; it is amazing!
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
0.25 cup sugar
Mix well, add
2 teaspoon plain flour
1 teaspoon mustard
pinch of salt
0.5 cup of milk
Mix well, add
0.5 cup brown vinegar ( I have substituted balsamic)
Stir over heat until thickened ( will thicken more as it cools)
